At CALLKOM, AI has a simple role: to save you time on your calls (reliable transcription, tailored responses, instant summaries, appointment scheduling), while remaining controlled, secure, and compliant. Our services are designed for professional use (B2B) and are not intended for minors.
How does it work?
During a call, voice is converted to text (STT), an AI generates a response according to your instructions (LLM), and then a synthetic voice delivers it (TTS). At the end, a summary is created in your dashboard. We only send the necessary information to AI components, with a preference for processing hosted in the EU. If a provider is located outside the EU, the transfer is legally regulated (SCCs) and no-training options are activated when available.
What are our commitments?
Security. End-to-end encryption, strict access control, logging. Access to recordings and transcriptions is restricted to authorized profiles. Continuous monitoring and rapid correction in case of anomalies.
Confidentiality. Your data is not used to train public models.
Transparency. CALLKOM uses AI to transcribe and understand conversations, generate a voice response in real-time, and provide customers with a summary, by transmitting to providers only the strictly necessary data, without model training and with priority storage in the EU.
Compliance. GDPR alignment and AI Act principles (minimization, security, documentation, records, request processing, AI system analysis). For calls, CALLKOM acts as a data processor: you retain control over purposes and legal basis.
Ethics. AI assists your teams; it does not make autonomous decisions that affect individuals. We follow a supervised continuous improvement process and prevent bias.
